I Got This Thing Going On Inside My Head

I find it rather incredible how human technology has advanced so fast. There are many who both disagree and agree. Yet those who disagree seem to contradict themselves often. For example those tree hugging hippies. They want peace and they want everyone to live in harmony and they want people to walk instead of drive cars and they want people to stop cutting trees and stop using electricity. Hell, they want us all to strip naked and sleep the whole day away on the grass. Yet... They wear clothes, they buy merchandise and artificially flavoured food and they smoke their weed in a nice little circle. Now I'm not trying to denounce hippies for I think they must be wonderful people to have such insight and they must be extremely well informed and brave to continue on as they had/have, but really...

Take a look at one of the girls in my class. Her name is Caroline. She is a special kind of person who believes that we, as human beings, are ruining the Earth and that we are pure evil and should all perish and burn and die. Now! Wait before you start agreeing that we are just slightly -if not more- ruining the Earth. This girl eats like a pig, she complains about her family because she doesn't want people to know that she really is a spoiled brat, she travels all over the place, she doesn't usually throw out her garbage and she never gets off her fat ass to help out with the world we are all destroying. Please explain this one to me?

There are many of those with blurred vision who feel that we should return to living like cavemen or not live at all. Few actually do something to support their beliefs and the rest are all talk and babble and threat and useless verbal communication. Which for me, is genuinely annoying.

One thing that I can't stand is when people talk bad about something that they don't even know about. This could bring me into another one of my Pro-Britney Spears rants, but I'm really not in the mood to try and preach lessons about Pop Culture at the moment. What I'm saying is mainly about something small, but if put in large context with a more impressive topic than I'm sure my point would get across. If you start bad-mouthing anything that don't necessarily know all that much about... Just shut up! It's as simple as that.

We are all entitled to our own opinions, true, but if you cannot back up your opinion with at least a little fact or some reasonable doubt, then keep your loud trap shut for the love of all that is pretty in pink! Just be quiet! Nobody wants to hear you talk crap about nothing. And if someone does, then good luck in seeking them out!
