Dahling You Look Vunderful!

There's something that has been bothering me for a while now and I really need it cleared up.

How do you gracefully take a compliment? I really don't know how. Do you say thank you and beam and float onto a cloud or do you blush and say 'Oh, please, that's not true,' and secretly thank the Academy for the award or do you grin satisfactorily and exclaim 'I know!' like a cocky young person. How do you take a compliment without seeming like you don't appreciate it?
